At Wade Fishenden & Co., we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products. Each item is made with care and attention to detail, and we want you to love what you receive. We also understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Please read our returns policy carefully.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. As a small artisan business, many of our items are made to order or customised, and we are unable to resell them.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Returns are not accepted for custom-made or personalised products.
For saddles that are custom orders, you will be notified before you order is put into production, there are no refunds or returns after this point.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Photos of the fault or damage

A description of the issue
If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return (where applicable), your item must:

Be unused and in its original packaging

Be returned within 14 days of approval

Have proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
