Processing Times

  • Ready-made items: Dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order items: Our team will notify you of the expected production time and when your product is ready for shipping.

  • Custom saddles: You will be provided with a tailored timeline upon ordering.

We’ll keep you updated with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. 

Please expect longer times in the peak periods such as Christmas.

  • Shipping rates may vary based on your location and Australia Post conditions.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. If you're located outside of Australia and interested in our products, please contact us directly.

Delivery Partners

We use Australia Post and trusted courier services to deliver your items safely and securely. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your item is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
